When a customer is looking for where they can purchase a Ben & Jerry's product or flavor, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The link is www.benjerry.com/ice-cream-near-me. Just enter a Zip Code/area into the finder and find where specific products are stocked. Please know that the list of stores revealed shows where a flavor recently sold – and not necessarily where it is at the moment since we can’t see inside a store’s inventory – but it will help consumers know it’s typically carried there. Always good to call ahead!
If a customer is unsure whether a certain product or flavor is still available, you can refer them to www.benjerry.com/flavors where there is a full directory of current product and flavor lines.
As Ambassadors for Ben & Jerry’s, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the USA and Canada and so we can't advise where exactly to buy the products when abroad.
Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.
Ben & Jerry's only produces samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available.

How to use Product Coding
When responding to Ben and Jerry's questions you will find a field called Product Coding which helps you provide information regarding which product the consumer is contacting about. This can be the product, the variant and the size.

As you may have seen in the video you need to follow a few steps to enter the product detail and tick/untick the correct boxes.
To start, here is a brief description of what they mean -
Form – What the product is? Is it an Ice Cream Tub, Mini Cup, Non-Dairy etc.
Variant – The name of the product - what flavor is it?
Size – What is the size of the product? This can vary depending on product
Note – You can always read the description of each of these words by hovering over the ‘i’ icon when responding to tasks.
