The Community Success Associate will be a part of a growing team, helping to spread the Limitless revolution. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, for both clients and Brand Ambassadors. You will be focussed on enrolment, onboarding, educating, developing and retaining a high-performing community of Brand Ambassadors. You will regularly track Brand Ambassador metrics to help all Brand Ambassadors succeed on the platform. You will assist in managing Brand Ambassador performance and become the primary point of contact for resolving issues. Your number 1 objective is to make every Brand Ambassador successful.
