What's in it for me?
| Earn up to $3 for every user experience test or feedback you give on the app, which gets positively reviewed by the Limitless team. The reward fees will vary from $2 - $3 depending on the complexity of the task. You will also get $5 for successfully completing the learning and becoming an ambassador. This programme will last for two weeks - so make sure you are up and running from the off! |
All you need to do to earn money, is respond to tasks in the app
In the Limitless app, you will find tasks which will ask you to provide feedback on different areas of your Postmates experience. There are 3 types of answers required:

- Long answer
- Short answer and a rating from 1 to 5 (1 - Highly dissatisfied, 2 - Dissatisfied, 3 – Neutral, 4 – Satisfied, 5 – Highly Satisfied)
- Short answer and Yes or No
For every task you complete with all the required information, you'll get rewarded for your feedback. Your balance will then be updated in the Limitless app, and you can redeem your earnings at any point.
You will see the type of task at the top of the task, for example – Short answer and rating from 1 to 5.
Tell me more about the different types of tasks
- Testing a feature: This involves testing a specific feature in the app. You will be given step by step instructions to make sure you are accessing the scenario in the right way so you can report back whether it is working correctly or not.
- Confirming information: This involves finding and reading information in the app, to confirm it's accurate.
- Tell us about your experience: This involves sharing feedback on your experience. This is your opportunity to be open and honest about what you think so make sure you give as much detail as you can.

Look out for additional information: Please read each task carefully including any additional information to be aware of, before completing the task.
Personal Information: Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is any data that could potentially identify an individual (e.g. name, address, phone, email). Please do not share any PII when providing feedback on the app.

Task - "How would you rate the experience in the Postmates app when you started to use the app?" (Long Answer)
How to respond to this task
The experience was super easy. All I had to do was follow the steps which were outlined in the app. Once the security checks were done, it was super easy to start earning by doing deliveries. I also think the simple interface of the app makes it easy for anyone to set up and find the nearest restaurant or shop to start earning.
What I think could be improved: Maybe there could be an option when setting up to allowing us to select what kind of deliveries we are interested in doing.
