Product availability queries
When a customer is looking for a Magnum product, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The tricky thing about the availability of products is that there is no record held by Magnum to provide an exact location of where it is currently being stocked.
You should refer the customer to this page rather than mySupermarket.
As Ambassadors for Magnum, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the UK and Ireland and so we can't say where exactly to buy the products when abroad.
Sample Voucher Requests
Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.
Magnum only produces samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available!

On occasions Magnum has promotions available to customers, these vary depending on the marketing activity at the time. You must have heard from the Magnum Pleasure pop stores, where you can indulge your favourite Magnum with lovely toppings. On occasions, customers want to find out what is in Magnum to make it taste so good, and the answer is that it's Magnum's secret! You can direct the customer to the Magnum website where they can find out the history and story about the product.
Also, there are some customers that want to get creative with Magnum and will ask for advice on which meals can be made using the product. You as a customer may have some ideas to give so feel free to share them.
