Product availability

When a customer is looking for a Marmite product, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The tricky thing about the availability of products is that there is no record held by Marmite to provide an exact location of where it is currently being stocked.

You should refer the customer to this page rather than mySupermarket.

As Ambassadors for Marmite, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the UK and Ireland and so we can't say where exactly to buy the products when abroad. There is a website that can be provided to customers that they can order directly from. It is useful to check that delivery of products can be made to the country the customer is in. Sample/voucher requests

Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.

Marmite only produces samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available!

Customers will get in touch with us regarding personalised jars of Marmite. If they are asking where can they can order them from, you can direct them to this link: https://social.marmite.co.uk/

Recipe advice/ideas

On occasions, customers want to find out what is in Marmite to make it taste so good, and the answer is that it's Marmite's secret! You can direct the customer to the Marmite website where they can find out the history and story about the product.

Also, there are some customers that want to get creative with Marmite and will ask for advice on which meals can be made using the product.
