Product availability queries
When a customer is looking for a Persil product, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The link is https://www.persil.com/uk/laundry/detergent.html The tricky thing about the availability of products is that there is no record held by Persil to provide an exact location of where it is currently being stocked. You should refer the customer to this page rather than mySupermarket.
As Ambassadors for Persil, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the UK and Ireland and so we can't say where exactly to buy the products when abroad. There is a website that can be provided to customers that they can order directly from. It is useful to check that delivery of products can be made to the country the customer is in. Sample Voucher Requests
Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.
Persil only produces samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available!

Dosing device queries
You are able to provide customers with a telephone number where they can order a free dosing device if their one has been lost or is damaged.
Some customers may ask for advice on using the dosing device with washes, there is information available that you can provide to help them with this.

General packaging queries
