We help Popsicle lovers like you answer questions from other customers, and earn rewards and points through our app. Here’s a quick recap of what you’ll do as an Ambassador.

Product availability queries


Customers will have questions regarding the riddle on their Popsicle stick or about popular flavors. Another common question could be ‘where do I find my favorite Popsicle!’. Luckily, you can help the customer find what they’re looking for.

Use the Popsicle website, as it has a handy tool where you can select a store to purchase directly. The link is www.popsicle.com/storelocator and it will locate stores with availability near you. Always try to do the search for the customer and be extra helpful.

We can also advise the customer to speak with their store manager and ask to order it in.

If someone is looking for their favorite product but it’s no longer on the website, it’s likely that it has been discontinued. You can confirm that Popsicle does not hold any extra product to sell or any further information regarding future availability.

As Ambassadors for Popsicle, we can only answer queries about products within the U.S and so we can't say where exactly to buy outside of the U.S.

Sample and Coupon Requests


Sometimes customers will get in touch asking for free samples or coupons to try the brand’s products.

When there are no coupons or samples we can advise the customer to check their newspaper and local store circulars for coupons and special offers and to keep an eye out on the brand's Facebook page and website where we occasionally offer vouchers.

How do I stay updated with the latest news and promotions?
Advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples or coupons will be available!

General queries regarding packaging

On occasions, queries regarding the Popsicle packaging will come through. There is more information in the Knowledge Library regarding packaging, and on how Unilever contributes to the environment.

General promotional queries

On occasions Popsicle has promotions available to customers, these vary depending on the marketing activity at the time.
All information regarding the promotion(s) currently happening will be on the Knowledge Library for you to view and see if you can help the customer out. Always keep an eye on the website as well as the the social media pages.

Recipes and ideas

Popsicle loves hearing creative ideas of consumers so please encourage them to share it via the Social Media pages.

Use SmartLabel to find information on products

SmartLabel is a super handy tool on the Unilever websites. It’s a program, created by manufacturers and retailers, which enables customers to get additional details about products by scanning a bar code or doing an online search to get information on ingredients and other attributes of a wide range of products.

SmartLabel holds all the information you want to know about the products you are purchasing. It is designed so that customers can easily have access to a wide variety of information but can hone in on a question they have on an ingredient or product in just one or two clicks. The SmartLabel functionality is available on the Popsicle website - use it to search for specific product information.
