When a customer is looking for a TRESemme product, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The link is https://www.tresemme.com/uk/home.html The tricky thing about the availability of products is that there is no record held by TRESemmé to provide an exact location of where it is currently being stocked. However, the website is an accurate representation of what products are still part of the range.

You should refer the customer to this page rather than mySupermarket.

As Ambassadors for TRESemme, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the UK and Ireland and so we can't say where exactly to buy the products when abroad. There is a website that can be provided to customers that they can order directly from. It is useful to check that delivery of products can be made to the country the customer is in. Sample Voucher Requests


Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.

TRESemmé only produces samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available!

Product usage

TRESemmé understands how great hair gives you the confidence to walk taller every day. The brand is dedicated to creating haircare and styling products that are salon-quality without the salon price.

Customers may get into contact to ask questions about particular products and if it is suitable for their hair type. There is various information available on the Knowledge Library that can help you out with answering certain questions. It is also recommended to direct the customer to the TRESemmé website where they can find more information on the ‘Hair Needs’ tab.

On the TRESemmé website you can leave product reviews, this is a good tool to encourage customers to share their opinion or experience of a product they have used. The blowdryers and straighteners that have the TRESemmé logo on them are not manufactured by Unilever or TRESemmé, but by a company called Conair . If someone has purchased an electronic styling product or asks a question about them, we can direct them to Conair:
