Product availability queries
When a customer is looking for a Knorr product, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The tricky thing about the availability of products is that there is no record held by Knorr to provide an exact location of where it is currently being stocked. You should refer the customer to this page rather than mySupermarket.
As Ambassadors for Knorr, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the UK and Ireland and so we can't say where exactly to buy the products when abroad. There is a website that can be provided to customers that they can order directly from. It is useful to check that delivery of products can be made to the country the customer is in. Even though the names of the products might be the same or similar, we can never guarantee what’s in the recipe when not being manufactured for purchase in the UK or Ireland.
Sample Voucher Requests
Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.
Knorr only produces samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available!

General promotional queries
On occasions Knorr has promotions available to customers, these vary depending on the marketing activity at the time.
All information regarding the promotion(s) currently happening will be on the Knowledge Library for you to view and see if you can help the customer out.
On occasions, customers want to find out what is in Knorr to make it taste so good, and the answer is that it's Knorr's secret! You can direct the customer to the Knorr website where they can find out the history and story about the product.
Also, there are some customers that want to get creative with Knorr and will ask for advice on which meals can be made using the product. A lot of customers will ask the brand if the product contains a certain ingredient that they might want to avoid. When this is being asked in relation to an allergy, we should always escalate this to the brand. Discussing allergies or allergic reactions is not for Limitless.
