Product availability queries


When a customer is looking for a PG Tips product, you can use the brand’s website, as it has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The link is http://www.pgtips.co.uk/product The tricky thing about the availability of products is that there is no record held by PG Tips to provide an exact location of where it is currently being stocked. You should refer the customer to this page rather than mySupermarket.


As Ambassadors for PG Tips, we can only answer queries about product ranges that are part of the UK and Ireland and so we can't say where exactly to buy the products when abroad. There is a website that can be provided to customers that they can order directly from. It is useful to check that delivery of products can be made to the country the customer is in. Sample Voucher Requests


Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.

PG Tips only produce samples and vouchers of products for specific marketing activities and so it is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified when and where samples will be available!

Keeping on top of the teas

Besides the popular black tea, PG Tips have a wide range and varieties like the Premium range - Assam and Breakfast tea, Green teas and Fruit and Herbal! Even PG tea pods for your Nespresso machine have been introduced! Try to keep on top of the range to help new tea lovers.

Monkey Merchandise

Remember this little fellow? He has quite the fan base, but unfortunately, PG Tips doesn’t hold the rights to merchandise the Monkey. If customers are interested in getting hold of the woollen celeb, you can direct them to this link or recommend they look online on Amazon and Ebay.
