Product availability queries
A common question is ‘where do I find my my favorite Suave product?’. Luckily, you can help the customer find what they’re looking for.
The Suave website has a handy tool where you can choose a store to purchase directly. The link is https://secure.suave.com/storelocator and will allow you to buy directly or locate stores with availability near you. Always try to do the search for the customer and be extra helpful.
We can also advise the customer to speak with their store manager and ask them to order it in.
If someone is looking for their favorite product but it’s no longer on the website; its likely it has been discontinued. You can confirm that Suave does not hold any extra products to sell or any further information regarding future availability.
As Ambassadors for Suave, we can only answer queries about products within the U.S and so we can't say where exactly to buy outside of the U.S.
If you want to recommend a Suave product, be sure to refer them to the product page so they can read a little bit more about the product.
Sometimes customers will get in contact asking for free samples or vouchers to try the brand’s products.
Suave only produces samples and coupons of products for specific marketing activities. It is best to advise customers to follow the brand on social media so they will be notified of when samples will be made available!

Donations and sponsorship requests
When people ask the brand to sponsor their charity or get involved with an organization, you need to use the sponsorship or charity request template in the Knowledge Library in the app.This explains Unilever’s ‘Bright Future Plan’ which sets out to help a billion people improve their health and well-being by 2020 and to enhance the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of people. These activities do mean that unfortunately, Suave is unable to support the charities and good causes that contact the brand each year.
General ingredient Inquiries
There is some generic ingredient information for certain products that you are able to answer. Please refer to the Knowledge Library in the app.
On the Suave website, there is this great tool called SmartLabel that customers can visit to get to know the products. SmartLabel details ingredients, usage instructions, advisories/handling and other information about the products. If a customer wants to know about a product, refer them to this link so they can take a look for themselves.
General promotional queries
On occasions Suave has promotions available to customers. These vary depending on the marketing activity at the time.

Product usage and recommendation
Suave loves hearing good and creative ideas of consumers so please encourage them to share it via the Social Media pages.

Hair/styling advice: From time to time, customers will ask for advice on how to style their hair a certain way or how to achieve a certain look. There is a great website linked to the Suave website www.allthingshair.com/en-us/ that can help you advise customers.
Use SmartLabel to find information on products
SmartLabel is a super handy tool on the Unilever websites. It’s a program, created by manufacturers and retailers, which enables customers to get additional details about products by scanning a bar code or doing an online search to get information on ingredients and other attributes of a wide range of products.
SmartLabel holds all the information you want to know about the products you are purchasing. It is designed so that customers can easily have access to a wide variety of information but can hone in on a question they have on an ingredient or product in just one or two clicks. The SmartLabel functionality is available on the Suave website - use it to search for specific product information.
